Q. What payment terms do you have?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express all through Paypal.
Q. How do I return or exchange an item?
A. Please email us at email@example.com and we will let you know from there.
Q. When will I receive my refund?
A. Returns are sent back via standard post so they take 2-7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds back to your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

Q. Whats your returns policy?
A. Returns are within 30 days of purchase, all tags must be still attached to products and in their original packaging, products must be Unworn and unused.
Q. Do you place items on backorder?
A. No, items are not placed on back order
Q. How do I know if you carry a certain brand?
A. View all the brands that we stock on our brands page. Alternatively type the brand name into our search toolbar to view the available items from that brand.
